Joint Use Solutions (JUS) is a North Carolina limited liability company (LLC) based in
Concord, North Carolina, owned privately by its principal investors and operators. JUS is in business to provide a high-quality, effective
alternative or supplement to an electric utility's management of joint use operations. We offer a high level of experience, knowledge, resources and confidentiality while providing our clients with the expertise necessary to both increase revenues and reduce costs associated with their total joint use operation.
With over thirty years of experience in the electric utility industry
with emphasis in Contract Administration, Project Management, Marketing
and Engineering. JUS offers customized services to infrastructure owners across the country related to the Administration, Development and Negotiation of Joint Use Contracts, Attachment Rate Analysis
and Inventories. JUS works with Investor Owned Electric
Utilities as well as Electric Cooperatives and Municipal Systems helping
them to realize their maximum potential for joint use revenues while
minimizing associated cost.
